Gladstone USA Freedom Fest began as a vision of the Gladstone City Council to celebrate America's 250th anniversary in a big way. Through their leadership and support, this communitywide celebration is bringing residents and visitors together for an unforgettable celebration.

Yes. Freedom Fest is free and open to the public. We're expecting a very large crowd, so come early, come hungry, and come ready to celebrate America's Birthday!
Freedom Fest begins at 11:00 AM with the Great American Kites and concludes following the fireworks display at approximately 10:30 PM (CST).
Parking is available across the street in the East Park of Happy Rock Park and at Maple Woods Community College, with free shuttle service running to and from the event throughout the day and evening.
Weapons, outside alcohol, illegal substances, fireworks, and drones are not permitted.
Yes. Security and event staff are present throughout the venue.
Yes. Food and beverage vendors are on site. Including beer & seltzers!
